Different Folks
Different Folks and Different Strokes are drawings that capture human beings from my NYC fire escape. I love this series and the way it makes us all feel. To me, it is a reminder of the human experience. We are scared, we are overwhelmed, we are in love, we are excited, we are on a mission, and we are going somewhere. Most importantly, we are one. Different Folks and Different Strokes remind us that looking up and connecting as strangers is the connective tissue that keeps us alive.
